1.0.2.1 Autosave Increments not working

I changed the game settings to save every 5 minutes, after having it set at 15 minutes. (The highlighted portion is where I had made this change.) Not only is it not saving every 5 minutes, the game is saving at completely random times. Even when it was set to 15 minutes it was just randomly saving. Is this because when the game is paused it does not count the time? I believe it should.
