Blockade tactics

Stupid question but, with the fog of war, how do you know if your port blockade is working or not?

Here I have an US DD group just outside Kwajalein but there is maybe an enemy fleet nearby.

There are no messages in the combat logs.

For example, when I am doing a port supply interdiction, my opponent can see it.

I think if there are ships that are stopping your blockade you will see them, they have to be next to or in port, also to blockade you need number of ships equal to port value or 3 so you are not blockading that port. I enjoy our wpe games hope to see you in the pacific soon :)

Yes, I am back to Pacific. But, according to the rule, I am blocking this port. This is a small island.

I've got invisible enemy fleets RIGHT next to my own ports, seems a bit odd to be honest

If they are blockading me, I should see them

This is the case. If you are blockade, you are seeing it in the logs and you are seeing the enemy fleet.

My question is regarding the contrary. Doing a blockade, how do you if it is counter or not?
