[Bug] with Migration Flow

In my current game, I am playing as Humans and recently turned the Migration Flow indicator on and selected humans, as I wanted to check if they were resettling away from the capital.
The Migration Flow showed no indication of human movement but when I selected All Races it showed movement. Curious as to why this should be, I then proceeded to select each individual race, one at a time. When selecting the Ketarov race the display showed movement from my Capital to all my other human colonies. I have not yet met any Ketarov, including Independent Colonies in the current game
