I see in the Editor using 1.00.06.2 patch that:

China is Scortched Earth = Yes but I do not see destroyed railroads when Japan is taking an hex with rails. There is perhaps a bug here.

Japan is Scortched Earth = No that is strange. I would have said they should be Yes. And when China takes a railroad hex, it is destroyed? I don't understand.

India is Scortched Earth = No. Don't you think this must be changed to Yes?

Japan is the only country with Jungle Fighter = Yes. What is the usage of this parameter?

You can see the damage on your next turn. I just tested it.

Another question. Why Malaya is owned by India in the game and not by UK?

Don't change it if it breaks everything.
