Hi, i've got a a nuisance. Independents wants to goin me, but their planet is out of my colonisation range, when i accept and buid col. ship - it can't colonize this planet. After all I sopose that i can conquer this colony. This situation does not make sense for me. I can take over by force the planet uot of my col. range, but not take it peacefully.

Another think is that, when i set the planet to build col. ship and colonize, the ship begins to building but after is complete, is not fill up pops automaticly and go to planet.

up to [1.0.3.0] : built way too often a colony ship which couldn't colonize the suggested and accepted colony:

The popup suggestions all ignore the rules, like colonization range, attack range or construction range.

I haven't tested if fully automated ignore the rules too.
