[1.0.2.7]Advisor/Manual Double gifting, but with only one time effect

I was promted by my Advisor to gift money to Mikail.
So I manually giftend money to them, using the diplomacy interface.
However, the Advisor message stuck around. And I accepted. Resulting in the following things:
1. I lost the money
2. I did not gain another boost to relationship for gifting, or a increase to the maximum relations bonus from gifting
