No Battlefield Sabotage?

I have researched Improved Assault Tactics and Improved Defense Tactics. What else is needed to see Battlefield Sabotage be offered?

I know of no way to turn off Random after the fact.actrade wrote: Sun Mar 27, 2022 1:16 pm Ok thanks. I think I do have random on. Is there a way after the game started to check?
EDIT: Ok went to start a new game to see how it defaulted and it is set up for random. Anyway to change once you start if desired? TBH, I think I like the random better, but just curious.
