How does it get supply?

How does the CW INF in Alexandria draw its supply line? Limited overseas supply is in play, and Allies have no supply carrying unit in the Red sea or in the East Med.
Note that the US ships in Port Said are OOS, Shouldn't they be able to use the same supply line?

Can supply go through neutrals? ie Persia, Iraq, Turkey/USSR, Syria?

I cannot see a way to get supply, and anyway both americans and commonwealth units should be in the same situation .
Supply cant come through neutrals.

Strange. Looks like a bug to me. Can you post a gamesave?
It might be possible (but farfetched) that there is a major power which is at war with the US, but not with the CW, which might block supply for the US units. And if there is a CW controlled TRS in the Red Sea, that might explain it, when Limited Overseas Supply is used.

Thank you all.
It is indeed a bug. But it turned out to be the old 'refresh' bug. The unit was OOS when the game was reloaded. Not sure if it has been fixed since this was in 4.2.2
I can post a save if you still want it. However, not sure from what step since the OOS issue disappear when re-loading.

That one pops up again and again. And it's never a thing we can recreate. So a gamesave isn't of any use here.
