[1.11b] Huge decrease (50-60 points) in Regime profiles for unknown reason

For unknown reasons, each primary regime profile dropped 50-60 points. There is no indication why, even the tooltips say it should have been a minor 2-4 point decrease. There was even a regime feat gained this turn.

If you could get the turn of the player just before yours to me that would be very much appreciated. (i need to press end turn in his turn in order to debug your start of turn calculations).
