Auto Scroll to the ACTION

I don't see the game auto scrolling to where action is taking place, it should

The idea is that sometimes you want to just look at one area of the map and see what's going on there, without the game constantly moving your viewpoint, so this allows you to do both, have it move to show current battle, or stay looking at one area of the map.
