Found 2 same teekan races on 1 planet with same assimilation percentage.

I see it all the time on the event colony.

Can confirm. In case you choose the terraform option then 1M pop is created and when the second event is triggered then a second pop of 50M is added separately and leads to 2 separate Teekan pops.
