How do you assign replacements from HQ(s) to units?

You select the supply button(oil barrel icon) from the top left menus. The you select the HQ you want to affect.

Under the combat/move/road options (selected by a checkbox) you should be able to choose 2 replacement options.

One is for the HQ and its direct unit subordinates and price.

The other is for the HQ, its subordinate units and all it subordinate HQs and their subordinates. For example selecting it on the top HQ will try to resupply all the units you have (but the price will be big).

Both resupply 10% str to the affected units and the effect is immediate (you can later deselect the option to undo).

For example in the first scenario, the german mechanized HQ will require 3inf and 12arm to replace. The 2 motorized ones (3d and 60th) require 3/9.

Note that you could also receive cards which do replacements, for them you need to read them or just try to use them to see what they do (again there is a revert option so you can see it on the fly).

Oh wow, there are cards too? Didn't know that. Nice.

Thanks for explaining, but still not sure how to implement this completely. Now that I can access the manual, I'll check there too. Best way to learn is just to try now what I know.

I looked in the manual and can't find a section about receiving these 'cards'. Where is this please.

top left the round buttons let you access the 'cards' some are for logistics and replacements.
