Command Capacity?

In Turn 3, I want to check the command capacity of 11th Army of the Red Army as it has a lot of units subordinated. I check from its unit panel and the commander report, and find nothing. Thus I look into the Manual back to paper and pen like the old dates for manual calculation, and find Army CP for SU not defined (part print attached). The Army is a major type and should not be a glaring omission. Thus, I must miss something. Please kindly advise.

well I can see the command capacity for the Soviet 11A both in the table you have printed and on a map counter (how to read the map counter is in 6.5.6 of the manual)

The Command Capacity for a 1941 Soviet Army (your screenshot refers to it as a combined arms army to distinguish it from the tank/guards/shock armies) is 21CP.

Not sure why it is not showing in the unit panel? Do you have a screenshot?

I beg your pardon. I get it from Section 6.5.6. Thanks.

I have another problem. I spend 20 AP to make the Front as Assault HQ. I expect that the Corps HQ command capacity should have 15 (9x5/3). However, it is still 9, the un-assault stage.

I did not notice any changes in command capacity as a Soviets with an assault front at all.
Not on the front lvl, nor in army, nor in corps.

The rules were changed in a patch - see living manual for updated rules.

Soviet Corps never get a capacity bonus. Soviet Armys and Fronts don't get a bonus till 1942.

yes, revised substantially in patch 01.11.14, the CC aspect for the Soviets now only kicks in from 1942 (10% at first) - still retain the CPP bonus though

As the CPP is retained, APs are well spent! Thanks.
