Idle Ship Indicator, for explorers, tankers, constructors, fleets.

AND,

if I CTRL-# something, place its icon on top of the screen (or on side), so I can have a quick visual indicator of what I have hot-keyed, and optionally track its status visually.

Having an idle ship iterator would be nice, but showing control groups should preferably be optional. There's already so much stuff on the screen already. Personally, I'd rather not have even more data that I might not even need.

Huge fan of this idea. Suggest adding a similar count of idle characters to that button - would make manually managing my spies and ambassadors a lot easier.
