Intelligence-Overlay on/off

Not a big deal I suppose.
But when you have the Intelligence mapoverlay on it is a bit annoying that if you move around the map with the mouse (auto-scroll off) the overlay turn offs. And you have to switch it on again. Using the arrow-keys works fine and the overlay stays on. Whish it would also stay on moving with the mouse as a quality of life-feature
