In the diplo screen for the Great Shadur Alliance, there's an info that appears twice. The attached saved game is for v1.0.3.4, but it's still the same in v1.0.3.5:

Do you by chance have more than one tier in their Diplo techs? Each tech tier has its own message

Hi, thanks for posting! Were you able to figure out if this was a bug or two tiers as Cyclopsslayerr suggested?
