It has been a very interesting thread and far more informative than anything in the regular news feeds. It does help that there are members who are actually in country and can explain any confusion that might arise.

There are a quite a few forums out there where a reasonable amount of informed and open minded discussion about the conflict and the rather long history preceding it, is taking place. After thumbing thru a couple pages of the above, imho it’s not one of them.

You're welcome to your opinion of course, but if you thumbed through a few pages of an almost 600 page thread, you can't accurately claim any conclusions about it.
I've read it every day since day one and all the other forums I frequent don't have anything to hold a candle to it.
Please link any discussions you think are superior.
