Quick Start Guide and Manual Do not Launch from Launcher

Just purchased this last night and on version 1.0.0 and when you try to open the Manual from the Launcher or when you try to open the Manual or the Quick Start Guide from the Game after launch nothing happens.
Instead you have to navigate to the game folder and double click on the PDF and open it.
The reason this is a bug is that DW when you do the same actions the PDF actually opens up so you can view it.
