Enemy submarines surface upon loading save game.

I experienced a CTD while playing Don of a New Era and upon loading a saved game prior to the CTD, all of the enemy subs surfaced.

What version are you using. I thought this issue got fixed a few versions ago.

According to my Steam version I'm running v1.04- build 1147.45

That's the most current version. I know it came up as an issue quite a while ago and I think it got fixed.
