A world in my empire spontaneously became a new empire?

I had colonized an "Ancient Slave world" with Humans & a few other races. They were growing / doing well / happy...
A few years later I got a message that we met a new empire! It was "my" world - rebranded. But I had no messages about a rebellion there... Just "here's a new empire!"

Really?

If so - maybe some player notification to clue us in that "hey, they rebelled and went their own way" - or even a decision to let them go peacefully or declare them to be outlaws.

Most empires aren't chill with subordinate worlds just separating willy-nilly...

Ah I see what could have happened there, there's a Mortalen empire that's encountered the planet and triggered the event that leads to them becoming an empire.

Of course that's not supposed to happen if you or another non-Mortalen empire have already encountered them!

I've uploaded a fix for it which will apply to new games once a new build comes out, doesn't help you in this game so I'd suggest to just use the game editor to switch the planet back to your control.
