Arctic Lend Lease

I'm playing a PBEM with the TWM mod, this mod doesn't change anything about convoy. After attacking the comvoy lane turn after turn since Barbarossa started, a few turns ago my subs and fighter-bomber stopped attacking. Because it can be?

Sometimes...it shows convoys enroute BUT they are not. I have seen that.
ALSO could be that it is a US convoy and you have yet to declare war on them?

Yes, war is declared. And my rival tells me that he is sending PP to the USSR. It has to be a bug.

Odd...never had that issue in any games I have played.
In 5 of them now and can sink MM there with no problems.

Being a Mod there is always the doubt that something I did not do well. The strange thing is that for many turns it worked and suddenly the attacks stopped.
