Can't Activate Shrapnel Account

Does anyone here know what I need to to do to activate a new account at Shrapnel Games? Or how to re-activate an old one?
I had an account there some years ago, but don't go there very often (even less than I visit here), and I'm not getting any response when I ask them to send me a new password. Nor will their system activate a new account.
I went trough this rigmarole last Friday and now it is Monday and I haven't gotten anything in my email from them. I checked my spam folders - nothing.
Anyone know what's going on?
ps- I should add that there doesn't seem to be a way for me to contact anyone there without first getting into my account.
