I started a new game using xx.25 patch. Before stating moving units, I could use the city capture data on/off button, and it worked. Now I am in the middle of Turn 1 as Germany and clicking on the button does not show up the city capture dates.

I toggled combat delay off and the city capture dates show up again. Maybe some random interference with layers.

btw the city capture dates for Germany is written in dark blue letters, so most of them are difficult to read...the background is black so what about white letters instead of dark blue color?
