Does a reduction in national morale lower the production of MPP's.I thought I had read this somewhere once but I can't see it now.

It doesn't reduce income, though there are Decisions enabling you to divert MPPs towards boosting civilian morale, and those will reduce income in return for some National Morale points.

Thank you,I was hoping the Allies might lose some MPP income when they're national morale dropped after they invaded Belgium.Looking forward to the Civil War game.

The UK might lose some income because invading Belgium will have a negative impact on US mobilization and reduce the value of its convoy to the UK, but this is indirect, i.e. not connected to National Morale.
