Will this work for my tactical setups?

I got John Tiller's Campaign Series, but unfort doesnt give me the after combat report. IE any squads, equipment or officers that may have got destroyed or killed.
What i am looking for is, something i can create my own battles in the Pacific Campaign that running from table top board game here. So right now, looking for something that handle ground events during AI vs. AI, once i set up the objectives on both sides.
As long i can create maps, scenarios, get after combat reports and probably going to need to create units. Cause there are many things the game does not have. Such as Chinese, British, etc that cover almost everything in the Pacific during WW2.
