Recreate My Experiment I May of Found Something

I found a paten is space static, you can recreate the experiment
I went to
https://www.seti.net/indepth/wow/wow.php I downloaded 2007-08-08T23-53-23.WAV this is from SETI so you know its good, Next I renamed the file input.dat and put it in the program folder to auto load. Then I set the Color button to RAW and I set the offset to 16. i tuned the image to x 510 y 495 and found a paten, it repeats like a transmision. check it for your self.

Neato, you might win the $1m prize!
But consider that SETI is in the illustrious company of string theory, interpretations of quantum mechanics, evolutionary psychology and 'synthetic' history.

I just updated to allow BINARY VIEW and ZOOM, and I found something unusual out, we use 8bit Bytes, when you view them in binary they produce 8 bit patens as each byte dose Not work with its neighbours you see 8 bit boundries form over a lot. so If the bits are cross byte like you would get from an alien message as they would not be using 8bit bytes we would see no 8 bit patens. We would be looking for big patens.
Wow did not know they had a $1m up for grabs , Id better get buffing up

still working on it but I think im happy now, the tune I heard in the program was a carrier signal I was generating, the message did not have a tune, but it does have a paten

cant believe it, after programing this got me into space so I just bought 'Buzz Aldrin's Space Program Manager'

as you can see after I figured out the files from SETI an ALIENS head showed up if it was ausio from SETI and aq starchart for images etc... Spooky

A fair question, but that ship has sailed. "Amos & Andy", FDR's fireside chats, etc. are already 80 - 90 light-years out there.
