Playing "Building a Firebase" currently at June 2, 1967.
I received the message Airstrikes have come available. So, I do a ctrl A, bring up the airstrike popup and select an aircraft, then I right-click to target some VC in the woods north of the firebase. All I get is a "bong" tone and nothing happens. Not sure what's going on.

The kicker is on my initial play through of this tutorial, I had brought up the airstrike popup, selected some aircraft and right-clicked some VC and got the bomb icon over the enemy. I had loaded a previous save to redo some moves and now the airstrikes don't work?

While the aircraft might be available in the dialog, there is a random chance on how many airstrikes will be available.

It could be that you have 0 airstrikes available currently, so you cannot plot air attack.
