AAR/refuel settings for the whole scenario

Hello guys,
I would like to review my AAR settings for the whole scenarios.
I'm still fighting to get good overall settings and I would love to hear some tips and tricks from you.
>>>
Assumptions:
>> Doctrine
Refuel Allow
Pick nearest tanker
Using Bingo fuel for RTB calculations
>> MAP
1x CVN group: planes AA/AAR/AG loadouts
40Nm from CVN > Few ASW missions (mission doctrine Refuell Not Allowed)
280Nm from CVN > AAR mission (mission doctrine: refuel Inherited)
290 Nm from CVN > Support mission for gathering AG sorties before strike/s (mission doctrine: refuel Inherited) – let’s cal lit „Marshall”
300Nm from CVN > Patrol CAP mission (mission doctrine: refuel Inherited)
400Nm from CVN > Strike Area for AG (mission doctrine: refuel Inherited) - no specific mission just a zone
To make it simple let’s assume:
one axis from CVN to Strike Area
range for final strike is long enough that I need to refuel while RTB to reach base/CVN
>> Missions refuel options:
< Pick tanker from mission „AAR”
< Launch without tankers
< Enroute refuelling: OFF
< MIssion specific fuel to trigger: 5
< Receiver’s radius for refuel: AUTO
>> Intercept/AG Strike executions:
I cancel „Marshall”/CAP mission from a plane/flight and do most of the things manually with micromanagement and manual Waypoint routing
>> Main goals for AAR that I want to achieve:
Refuel low fuel state planes on CAP patrol mission
Have my planes to use bingo calculations based on range to AAR mission instead of range to base/CVN
Refuel AFTER executing AG/Intercepts and then head to base/CVN (ideally only with the amount of fuel to reach base/CVN)
>> Problems:
AAR planes flying to their AAR mission area are refueling planes enroute (I want them only refuel in AAR mission area)
Planes returning to base/CVN with RTB command (auto or manual) using tankers (from AAR mission or those enroute) when it is not needed to reach base/CVN
I would love to her from you guys what could I do better.
How do you arrange your settings for the whole operation?
