Editor Questions

Love the user friendly nature of this editor (Im struggling mightily with Decisive Campaigns counterpart)!

Do have some questions however (by tab);

1. Game Data;
What is the "Reverse Unit Counter Icons" do?

2. HQs;
Types - Do they confer any actual effects on the unit?

3. Army Table;
By giving non artillery units a "range" would they be able to bombard?

4. Air Table;
By giving ground support/attack assets their own intel values, do those values factor when resolving their missions? In other words, if a level 1 Intel hex is targeted for attack by an air asset with an inherent intel str of 4, does the attack occur at intel level 4?

Hi,

1) the pic icons like tanks face left, so pressing that will make them face right. So in the game, german tanks face right and russian tanks face left.

2) Units need to trace a Line Of Communication to their HQs (if within half the HQ range, they are SUPPORTED, and if within range but more than half are in EXTENDED SUPPORT), and this affects whether they can be put in COMBAT+ and/or MOVE+ supply. Also units in EXTENDED SUPPORT only recover readiness at 75% rate (isolated is at 50% rate).

3) No ;) The Range of HQs is the HQ supply range, the range for artillery is its range

4) No, Intel values are only used for Recon air units.
