Video: HQs in SC World at War

I have created a video about HQs in SC World at War that covers nine topics here: https://youtu.be/YeDOC2FU_68
1. Do HQ allocation first - why?
2. You can move HQs and still allocate if you move them first
3. Major vs Minor Allies - which HQs can control what units
4. Command distance
5.. Chaining HQs
6. Placing them next to units or not
7. Which HQs to allocate to which units
8. Upgrading HQs
9. What the allocation colours (blue, red, green) mean
The video also explains:
I still have trouble working out how chaining HQs works, or how to make it work best. I keep forgetting how I can work out what the supply will be if I put an HQ in a town or other supply source. This is what the rules say:
An HQ functions like a town or other supply source for one other HQ. That is, it's supply drops at one per hex distance from the HQ. So, an HQ providing 10 supply can provide 5 supply to an HQ 5 hexes away by railway, less if there's terrain.
Based on full strength (10), and assuming it has access to a supply source, even if an HQ itself has 0 Supply, it can still dispense 5; at Supply 1-5 its Value is 8; ?6 = 10. Finally, they have a Minimum Supply Value: 1-5 even if Supply = 0; 1-8 if Supply = 1-5; or Supply = Strength @ Supply 6+. The latter amounts can be increased by +1 with each level of Logistics attained.
