Water barriers material side.

I thought about the following. The game has a drawback in the form of a poor simulation of the forces and means involved in river crossings. Both in the Soviet and in the German army there were units and subdivisions that were engaged in the construction and construction of crossings with specialized equipment, pantones, boats and other types of means.
It is no secret that many operations and how they took place or remained only in the form of potential opportunities not implemented, rested, among other things, on the fact that it would become impossible to overcome this or that water barrier.

It seems to me that in the further development of the game of simulating ever-larger processes, this fact should be taken into account from a material point of view. As the production of each gun or tank is simulated, so is the production of means of crossing, which in turn make it possible to limit the possibilities of the German and Soviet side at the crossings from a material point of view.
