When ships aren't red anymore, but aren't completed (still under construction) - that they not say (No mission) - but say, e.g. (Under construction)

We cannot tell the difference. There's literally no indication of which it is. Just a ship in a list - with no orders. But then you go to do something - tell it what to do - and it's 60% completed (or 40% parts floating around)

Yes I agree. If you're scrolling though the list, you don't know if they are disabled or not....GP
