cannot install explosion mode.cc3 over another already installed mode

Good evening,
I am unable to install the GTC Explosions CC3 mod in addition to another mode already installed in COI. It tells me that the vfx.zfx has already been modified in a previous version. What a trick to get there. Is there any mode other than CC3?
