AFAIK which units get picked for air interception duties is based on their Readiness, but is air combat ability also taken into account? e.g. a CV will have 1 less air combat ability than a Fighter of the same level, but in low land supply areas may have a higher Readiness. Assuming they're the same strength, will the CV get picked first for interception or the Fighter?

For now the check is simply for the highest readiness
