Preventing Mindanao corps to escape

On turn one, if you are landing north of Davao and performing a port blockade, the Mindanao corps can't escape.

Isn't it just easier to take the Phillipines on turn 1 rather than blockade all the ports?
I think so.

I think so.
If you have a good method... really hard with 1.00.07 patch.

So far 5 for 5....in my testing and playing.
Have yet to fail. Though I guess it is possible.
