Some MINIMUM UI fixes

1. Select all troops at a world directly from the world (to toggle garrisoned)
(currently have to select from the troops list by sorting by location and then scrolling for a thousand years to find the beginning of a world, then select that, then scroll to last one at that planet, then can toggle them -- yuck / insane / not functional).
((Of course this wouldn't be such an issue if the automatic management of troops didn't hold on to 370K worth of them long after the world is happy & well defended and HAS NO BUSINESS with that many troops))
2. Colonizer need to coordinate so that they only pick up a race if there is a world that needs them, and LESS THAN THE NUMBER OF COLONIZERS that are required of that race currently (never more).
(Better would be to actually mark the job as being handled by a colonizer before picking up the race - but that's a change you don't seem to be able to contemplate, but would fix all of the colonization idiocy).
3. Choose to TARGET a world for colonization SEPARATELY from "build a colonizer and..." this is !@#$!@$ obscene. One should not require the other when there are colonizer queued or built to handle it - but the UI offers NO WAY to specify this (so more colonizers are built unnecessarily -- which for an early to mid-game econ, is extremely self-destructive).
4. Fix launching of fighters/bombers so they ONLY DO SO WHEN NECESSARY. All other times STAY ON THE 1@#!@$!@# ship until needed.
5. Fix the "I have to babysit with my camera a fleet to get it to jump to the next location". Seriously. WTAF?
6. Stop immediately trying to build a facility at a world that is literally being bombarded (so you "spend" the full resources over & over & over at it gets destroyed at approx 0% every time!!!!)
7. Stop trying to build anything in an immediate battle zone (AIs try to build fleets at worlds literally under attack)
8. Stop trying to "rebuild" defense bases and space stations that are under attack (again - spending constantly while being destroyed).
9. Add flags & colors/patterns/edge-lines so we can tell who is who!!! (Galaxy map / empires lists)
This game has such potential - but unresponsive fleets, insane behavior, and buggy design (colonization is broken by design) really destroy the experience.
