New version TWM 1.08

Changes from version 1.08:
The mod is adapted to the official Patch 1.00.17 (Including Baltic states error correction)
The reduction of the No. 220 Bmbr unit is eliminated. It remains as the standard scenario.
France: Air units 40% experience. It's already integrated into the official patch.
France. Modification maginot line corps unit 15/15 STR (Before 20/20 STR)
Entrance to the Adriatic Sea begins mined by the Italians.
Two of the Siberian units start on the map with Winter Combat, and cannot move until released via an event that occurs in octubre 1940.
