Sort Order for Units in Mission Editor

Running 1258.1 (though this bug probably originated in Tiny)
The sort order for units in the Mission Editor is by strict lexical sort, so, for example, in air wings units 11-13 appear between unit 1 and unit 2 in the sort. This is a change of behavior from before and not the same as the sort order in the Ready window.
I can live with it, but it feels like an oversight given all the care that was put into these updates (which I'm nicknaming the "Christmas in July" updates).
