I'v been playing WoN for a while now, but I'm still relatively new. I'm trying to play the August 1805-1815 scenario as Prussia, but I want to see if I can get an alliance with France. The scenario briefing seems to imply this is possible, mentioning France offering Hannover to Prussia. What can I do to make this happen?
