May be a windows update was not installed completly?
Check your windows system settings "update and security"

smells more like an error on the server side

probably, was finally able to login to the multiplayer and on the forum (had to use username instead of email)

there was some misunderstanding to which account matrix support made new password (they told it was to an account on the forum, while they created new password for an account that i use in the multiplayer, while this accounts were merged thus should use the same password but it appears that they don't)

I am back in game. Thanks for the fix
