Playing Windowed

I'd like to play this on my larger second monitor, but don't see an option to make it windowed so I can drag it over. Am I missing something?

Can't you set your 2nd monitor as nr 1 just before you launch the game? (right click desktop -> screen properties -> multiple monitors)

Unfortunately at this time the window cannot be dragged over
