1258.2 - ESSM not accounting for X4 per cell in some MK 41s

Discovered that, at least some sizes of the MK 41 VLS is keying the number of ESSMs to the number of cells, effectively not accounting for the fact that four ESSMs fit in each VLS cell. I tried it with three different kinds of MK 41s - 8 cell (CVN 77), 16 cell (FFG(X)), and 64 cell (CG). The 64 cell loads properly at 256 ESSMs, but the 8 and 16 cell versions will only accept 8 and 16 ESSMs, respectively. Save attached.

Running Build 1258.2.

Thanks for working so hard on this simulator. It is appreciated.

Was the mk 41 built for any og those ships? Are you confusing it with the Mk 29 luancher?

I don't think that's the issue. Part of this game is being able to put systems together that were not designed that way. Nonetheless, the 8-cell Mk 41 which is impacted was designed to go on CVN 77, and I tested it on several platforms. Thanks.

I'm not saying thats the issue. Just saying the angled 41 was never meant to go on a CVN. It was looked at for a module for the LCS, maybe and LHD, or even a cargo ship just to get tubes in action. Back a few years ago, when it was first proposed I played around with the concept and the CEC capabilities of USN ships.
