Sovjet Garnision stronger than Korps?

I'm just preparing for the German invade and in the production view (and unit view) they have following stats (v.1.24.01):

- Korps.jpg (344.2 KiB) Viewed 387 times
Is it correct, that Garnision has 1/1 against hard, and Korps only 0/0?
I think in older versions it was otherwise round...
And in Narvik is frost in June. Also intended?

Hi
It is correct, as Soviet Corps are 1 point weaker in their attack and defense values than everyone else's Corps.
While this does give them some stats that are lower than a Garrison's, their Corps have greater ability to survive than a Garrison, and so the latter should only really be used in quiet areas for the most part.
At Narvik, the land can be frozen but the sea hexes and therefore the convoy should always be ice free.

Thank you for your response.
I was aware that Soviet Corps are weaker than others. But weaker (in case of attack and defense values) than their own Garrison was strange to me. So I wanted to be sure that it's not a display bug.
And that Narvik is frozen in summer is still not logical to me. Today they have over 20°C. Maybe it's a balance decision because it makes it much harder for allies to capture it.
