Supply Interdiction can be triggered by enemy ships, subs and/or enemy planes.

But, when I see the below report, there is a problem. There is heavy rain all around including on top of Port Moresby. As such, planes can't fly.

When there is heavy rain, port supply interdiction should only be allowed by enemy ships or subs around the given port even if there are enemy planes in the area.

And report should be adapted accordingly. If there are planes only, and heavy rain, the supply interdiction should not occur.
Same rule as for all planes:
1. Heavy rain on target -> planes can't fly
1. Heavy rain on based airfield -> planes can't fly

And, on a side note, why my AAA guns are not firing on the planes attacking my convoy?

There is no display of this information in the Combat Logs.

Supply convoys are attacked as sea not in the port itself.

Ill check this out.

Thanks, understood. But, here all my planes in range are under heavy rain, still the supply interdiction is occuring.
