Teleporting SUs

It irritates me that an SU in the front line can teleport to OKH miles away sitting in Berlin, receive replacements direct from the NSS and then teleport back to the front.
My suggestion that an SU should lose all its CPP if moving to OKH if it is greater than 90 hexes away. At the moment it just loses half.
