Hi,

My understanding of this is that the EXE installer download from the payment handler, e.g. after you purchase and then download, can sometimes be changed by your firewall, e.g. from an EXE file to another named extension for your protection as some firewalls or anti-virus software will consider EXEs dangerous.

There are a few options here:

1) Edit your firewall/anti-virus settings to allow EXEs from Bluesnap (Matrix payment handler)

OR

2) Change the extension of the downloaded file to .exe


Option 2) might be the easiest, let me know if that works for you,

No, I have no firewall. What I should have said is that the file was refusing to unzip rather
than not installing.
It says that the compressed folder C:\Users\rover\Downloads\StrategicCommand-AmericanCivilWar-SetupRelease-v1.01.00.zip is invalid.
