Strategic Command: American Civil War bug report

Me and a friend bought SC:ACW and have been playing PBEM++, the B&G campaign. Watching a turn replay, a timberclad attacked a gunboat, and both died, at which point the game gave the attached error message and crashed. It did so again on repeat attempts. It isn't game-breaking, since the replay can be skipped, but it is awful inconvenient.

Thank you for the report and there should be enough here for me to track this down and correct it for the first patch.

Have you got a save for the repeatable issue? That would be convenient, otherwise we'll recreate the situation. You might not be able to post a save with less than 10 posts on the forum, but you're welcome to zip the .dat and .sav files and email them to me at pzgndr @ hotmail dot com. Thanks.
