45 Commando Campaign crash

Whenever I get to the 4th mission "To the pass" the game crashes just as the screen is loading. I've restarted this Campaign twice and both times it crashes at this mission. Is this a known issue?

Hmm, no. This is a new issue.
Can you provide your files, campaign files and log files?
