Cannot get trucks into units - the enigma around this is spoiling the game for me. Why can you not have a button refit priority for trucks of something. Or Attack Armies get priority ( they get more fuel, ammo and so on a prep points thats fine but no extra trucks, PZC priority 4 any thing to help

Refit does not seem to help, being next to a 4 depot, no or little help, set at priority 4 no difference I can see. Attack Army no difference although they do get more fuel.
Trucks in some Panzer units exceed the requirement by 200 whilst other Panzers lack 400 next to each other.
Units in NR do not seem to gain trucks very much but units in TB are generally at 100% trucks- do I need to send Panzers to Italy to pick up trucks!

Panzers have spent all summer its now August sitting an waiting for trucks to get reasoanble mobility I am awash with tanks and stuff. 43 offensive cancelled for the sake of a few hundred trucks. I am guessing all the time what to do but little works.

Many Panzer units are at 30 ish MP thats no good in 43 and my Russian opponent says most of his are at 50 mp and have all the trucks they need.

What determines the MP a unit has per turn when it has anough fuel and trucks as some units that have fuel fuel and truck still have low MP... whats it all about?

Did you bring them from the reserve TB? If so, they used to need about 3 to 4 turns on an NSS hex on refit mode to get those trucks back. It might still be the case.

Units the TB seem to gain trucks without issue - thats annoying. I always read that units in WE etc were robbed of trucks for more active areas...
Units in NR seem to get less trucks than TB . From what I tried a while back i found standing units on Berlin made no difference - maybe I did not leave it long enough, who knows, its just guess work all the time....

Its all such an ENIGMA - , everthing guess work about the functions of the game and getting very frustrating and getting a bit tired of it - why can they not have proper mechanisms for trucks like units gain more on refit - why does a unit on refit get everything as an extra except trucks - its dotty....

BUT others are not complaining so I must be doing something wrong ... ???

Don't know if this helps, but I play vs the AI and I often leave my panzers on supply priority 2 during the first summer so as not to run my units too low of trucks. Not optimal, but I also find it very hard to get trucks back into units once I deplete them so I try to do everything I can not to let them run low on trucks. Once April '42 comes around I find I can bump the supply level up to 3 and not run my units too low
Also, I never send my panzers to the reserve.

Haven't really had the same issues with Trucks as you guys... but may play a bit differently....

In general, here are some things I found that helped.

1. Keep an eye on our Vehicle pools. It makes me nervous if it drops below 10k.

2. Learn which SU units drain your vehicle pool if you attach them to mobile formations.

(i.e. Like attaching a Mountain Inf Rgt to a Panzer Div.)

3. After you learn it.... don't do it. (it is draining your vehicle pool...)

4. One of the best sources of vehicles for Germany is the Soviet Union.

If you can isolate and cause Soviet mobile formation to surrender, Germany gains around 1k vehicles each time.
