[Suggestion] New Colonies Filter Planet - show ?%, too

In New Colonies (Shift+F4) you can filter for a specific planet type (OrbType). But only those with known Quality x% are shown.
Either you're looking for a new colony for one of your races or when you find a colony ship with an additional race, you may want your explorers focus on a specific planet type instead of gathering random data. While this would better fit under the Exploration tab, which would need more work, a small change in showing additional planets in New Colonies would be sufficient for the moment.
